Welcome to the NPHC of DeKalb County Georgia

National Pan-Hellenic Council of DeKalb County continues the legacy of collaboration begun in 1930 on the campus of Howard University in Washington, D.C. when several African American Greek letter organizations came together to form the National Pan-Hellenic Council. The stated purpose at that time was unanimity of thought and action as far as possible in the conduct of collegiate fraternities and sororities and to consider problems of mutual interests to its member organizations. In 1937 the National Pan-Hellenic Council was incorporated.
